The hotel was conveniently located...

Liked: We chose the location because it was very near to the bus stop for easy city access. Pleasingly, staff (especially Catherine at front desk) were helpful and friendly, the room was fine and breakfast was good. There was a pub and a good Thai restaurant nearby that provided options for evening meals.
Disliked: The hotel is built over a major freeway and traffic noise was significant, in spite of double-glazed windows. There was some sort of noise device in the room to attenuate the traffic sound, but not sure how it worked, and it just seemed more annoying than helpful when we briefly tried it.

Disliked: nothing ~ stay was nice....if you're not used to noise, this place is not for you as it sits above an interstate

Liked: Nice hotel. Excellent staff. Everyone was helpful and nice.
Disliked: The only issue we had was when we came in late after a Red Sox game and my husband dropped me off while he parked in the garage. I needed to call him to let him know I left the phone in the car. The front desk guy had to look up to make sure I was a guest. It took five minutes. I even showed him my key. He refused to let me use phone until his computer worked to show I was a guest. My husband made it back to front desk before I could call. This was our fourth night in the hotel.
