Total nightmare
Disliked: This stay was a complete nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone – especially not travelers simply looking for a safe place to rest near the airport.Upon arrival, we asked the front desk for a kettle. They promised to send one to our room. We waited all night – it never arrived. When we tried to follow up, we saw the front desk get into a heated argument with another guest. The behavior was shockingly hostile and completely unacceptable for a hotel of any standard, let alone one carrying the Sheraton name.The next morning, there was no hot water at all. My husband had no choice but to take a cold shower before we hit the road. A few hours later, he developed a high fever, felt weak, and had chills the entire day. I watched him shivering in the car, wrapped in a coat, clearly miserable—and I could do nothing to help. It was heartbreaking.The hotel offered no warning, no explanation, and certainly no apology for the lack of hot water. Not even a sign at the front desk.To make things worse, the Wi-Fi was essentially nonexistent. We had no signal in our room and couldn’t access any useful information, which was incredibly frustrating given that this is supposed to be an airport hotel, where people rely on connectivity for travel updates.We weren’t expecting luxury—just a warm shower, working Wi-Fi, and a staff that showed basic human care. Instead, we left feeling exhausted, mistreated, and deeply disappointed. I’ll never stay here again, and I hope others think twice before doing so.

Liked: Didnt get the opportunity to like anything.
Disliked: My booking was not received. I had traveled to Boston from Maine because of cancelled flights. It was 9:30 pm at night. The front desk staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming and unhelpful. I ended up sleeping at Logan Airport for the night. Will not be back.
