Torre (Terre) from the front desk was amazing!

Liked: Location was great!
Disliked: The mini fridge door did not close; soy milk option would have been nice.

POOL IS NOT HEATED

Liked: Check in process is always easy and quick. I've stayed here many times since it's down the street from my house and during home renovations or emergencies, we stay here.
Disliked: The pool was open but SO COLD. I asked the staff if it they could turn the heat up but they said that's the warmest it gets. They tried increasing the heat in the pool room but that didn't help either. This was super disappointing since my reason of booking the room (I paid almost $300 for 1 night) was so my son could go swimming but we couldn't because it was so cold. Pool IS NOT HEATED.

I had a pleasant stay...

Liked: The location is outside of Boston. However, the hotel provides a 24 hour shuttle to the airport and the nearby train/metro station,. The staff was great, especially Chris and Elijiah.
