Liked: Ambience, staff and rooms.Fresh juice option in breakfast area is good.
Disliked: Breakfast was with less variety and quantity. E.g. within the hour of starting if breakfast basic things like cucumber was told to be finished. Less options for vegetarians.

Liked: The front desk staff were really helpful during both, check-in and check-out.The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.The breakfast spread was really good, with lots of options. They had fresh fruits, fresh fruit juices, dairy & dairy free milk options, eggs counter, cereals options, yoghurt and bakery spread.The machine hot chocolate was pathetic, I really appreciate the male staff Babar, who kindly offered to make us hot chocolate from the kitchen.They have a gym, indoor pool and spa.
Disliked: The hk staff came twice to clean up even though we were going to check out soon!The parking is very expensive. 25€ for hotel basement and 10€ for a nearby basement parking.The hot chocolate at breakfast from the machine was the worst thing I've ever had. It was water topped with milk foam! No taste! The lady said that's the only hot chocolate they have.
