Everything seems to up to...

Liked: Room is good
Disliked: Breakfast is not that variety, staff (only one girl) is not helpful and arrogant!

Liked: Staff friendliness and prompt service.
Disliked: The fact that I was double charged, when I specifically indicated on Booking.com that I prefer to settle payment at the facility.The matter is still in process of being resolved.

Exceptional

Liked: We arrived very late because of flight delay.The reception is open 24/7 and the staff was welcoming and efficient. Getting the room was very easy. Free parking available across the street. Breakfast was very rich, if you go there don’t miss it!

We loved the Seventh Heaven...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent! Chef calls ok Ed omelets and eggs to order, huge variety of foods and beverages. Delicious yogurts and pastries.
Disliked: We were not near any historic sights..,it was convenient for business travelers and had wonderful pool and exercise areas…but no historical sights within walking distance.

Disliked: Not enough elevators for that size building. Long waits for the lifts. Hard to find cabs in city.
