Liked: Close to where we needed to be. Attractive.
Disliked: We were told by the desk clerk there would be a buffet in the a.m. for breakfast. Also told by the restaurant personnel that there would be a buffet. Got there in the a.m. but no buffet. Said they only have a buffet when hotel is full. The restaurant was full of Vanderbilt football fans. It took forever to get our order to the table because there was only one person waiting on all the tables. The room was OK except the heating. It stayed so hot all night that we could not sleep. We had the thermostat turned to 66 and still was too hot. We usually stay in Holiday Inns but probably would not stay in this one again.

Stay just ok

Liked: Location, comfortable and spacious room
Disliked: Issue with trash being emptied. Not only did I have to request trash to be emptied in room, noticed overflowing trash in laundry room and other guests had set their own trash in the hall!I have no issue with charging for breakfast but should be a la carte. $11 if all you want is a pastry? No.

Overall experience, 10/10!!! Can’t wait...

Liked: The property was very clean and well kept. And it smelled wonderful. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. Jennifer was absolutely amazing! The rooms were great! I slept so good. I’ll definitely be back!
Disliked: The only negative I have to say about the stay is something was wrong with the doors. It looked as if several of them were knocked off the hinge and maybe redone, I’m not sure. But that’s the only downside, everything else was amazing!
