Liked: Close to where we needed to be. Attractive.
Disliked: We were told by the desk clerk there would be a buffet in the a.m. for breakfast. Also told by the restaurant personnel that there would be a buffet. Got there in the a.m. but no buffet. Said they only have a buffet when hotel is full. The restaurant was full of Vanderbilt football fans. It took forever to get our order to the table because there was only one person waiting on all the tables. The room was OK except the heating. It stayed so hot all night that we could not sleep. We had the thermostat turned to 66 and still was too hot. We usually stay in Holiday Inns but probably would not stay in this one again.

Disliked: The stay was fine…my only issue was payment. My company sent prior authorization for payment but the guest service agent still charged my personal card. It has been a whole month since my stay and it still isn’t sorted.

Liked: hotel personnel were polite and accommodating, especially Charlie.
Disliked: Colleagues were given a room with a door broken and cobbled back together at the lockset. This room should not have been rented to two single females at such a property.
