Four Points by Sheraton Bedford Manchester Airport

Superb

Liked: It's disappointing that this is no longer The Country Inn. Unfortunately the hotel is no longer as affordable and not the same atmosphere.
Disliked: Breakfast is now $16 per person instead of included Price hikes

Pretty sweet!

Liked: I really loved how comfortable the beds were and that the room was newly renovated. The front desk and breakfast staff nice! I thought it was also interesting how they have different prices for breakfast go by ages and how kids under 3 were free. Another thing I absolutely loved was that their checkout time was 12pm! That’s so awesome! Especially when you had a long night and you just want to sleep in for a while. Room was also clean!
Disliked: There were three things that I didn’t like the door to get into the room was really hard to open, I was able to hear the highway which kind of sucked in the morning but I was still able to knock out thanks to those comfortable beds. Lastly the water pressure for the shower was pretty low. But with all of that being said I would definitely stay again at this hotel! Just some minor hiccups but it didn’t kill the vibe of my stay . I really enjoyed it.

Disliked: Hotel was under construction. I asked for a refund they agreeded as I was with my child. We never stayed and they will still not refund me like they said they would. Manger is rude and does not return any calls or emails . Customer service is awful.

So clean it was amazing....

Liked: It was immaculate. I don’t know if I have ever stayed somewhere so clean.
Disliked: It got rid of its hot tub!
