Liked: Clean, new, bright
Disliked: Not good for walking places. Breakfast not included although we believed so. Next morning not given a coupon when asked. Loud noises above us throughout the night. Fridge in room was not working. Although we turned it to high, our food was spoiled in the morning and had to be thrown out. Communicated to front desk who didn’t seem to care much.

Liked: Rooms are not insulated, there were people making noise on the corridors & room with open doors every night . I had to check out a day early. Never again
Disliked: You can actually hear the water when other people are taking their bath in your room , Fan/AC on the wall is so noisy.

Liked: The management and staff were terrific. Breakfasts healthy choices. Cleaning staff was excellent.
Disliked: Weekend pool access is terrible when hockey tournaments are in town. Pool rules and discipline of minors non-existent unfortunately.

Clean facility but felt attitude...

Liked: The facility was very clean and our daughter loved the pool!
Disliked: Front desk staff was nice. I noticed there was a policeman on the side street next to the property when we first checked in. I didn’t think much of it until we went to the pool later and I noticed there was a homeless gentleman spread out on a piece of land just across from the hotel. I did feel bad for the man and thought maybe he was just taking a brief rest. By the time we left the pool there were more homeless people around him that looked like they were squatting there for the night. I know it’s not something within the hotel’s control but when I pay over $200 for one night and breakfast, I wouldn’t think that would be a view we got. We also went for breakfast in the restaurant and the waitress was less than personable. She dryly greeted us and took our order. Not sure if she was having a bad day or is just generally introverted but customer service was definitely lacking. There was no follow-up after our food arrived to see if everything was ok nor any offer to refill drinks. The stay was okay in that we needed a clean room for the night and we got one, but there wasn’t a super wow factor that would cause me to rate anything higher than an 8.
