Excellent convenient hotel for an...

Liked: The breakfast buffet was great, and the location was ideal for us. Room was comfortable and of good quality.

Good location and good staff

Liked: The hotel's location on Queen Street in Auckland is very good. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially the concierge, Mr. Ciaran, whose kindness and initiative to help are unforgettable.
Disliked: All was good. My only observation about the room was that the windows could not be opened for the sake of air circulation.
