Staff was great

Liked: Location was great, loved the workout room. Jim was exceptionally pleasant… along with other staff. Check in was quick and easy.
Disliked: Had to request housekeeping… even with that our bed sheets weren’t changed, 1 towel was replaced for a family of 4. We stayed 1 week. Expected more from the facility with cleaning without it being requested they have a sign that says “later please” that I never put in the door. Unfortunately won’t stay here again

Comfortable getaway

Liked: I enjoyed the quietness cleanliness and the spacious and comfortable room.
Disliked: The lack of availability for in dining staff for breakfast.

Great Hotel

Liked: Excellent location, close to Gateway airport.Very courteous friendly staff.The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Can not think of anything.

Privacy, clean and smells very...

Liked: Its in a very good area, its very quiet and extremely clean 5 stars!!!!
Disliked: I only wish they had a free breakfast option. They do have a restaurant on site that serves delicious food though!!!!
