We love the location to downtown! It is very convenient to have a night out and walk everywhere! The rooms are nice. Has the feel of an older establishment, but it does appear some upgrades are being made. The price is good. The front desk personnel were very nice and friendly each visit! We will continue to stay here on all of our downtown getaways!

Liked: Rates; location; rooms; staff.
Disliked: A bit older feeling in the rooms.

Great location, budget friendly hotel

Liked: We had some issues with our original room that required repairs, so the lady from reception came to the room, assessed that they wouldn't be fixed and moved us to another room. Everything was fine in the second room
Disliked: Hotel was a little noisy, with foot stomping from above.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: No housekeeping and a dark extra room as you entered your room.Very limited alcohol at the bar. Slow service in the bar/dining room

Liked: Good to have a laundry and computer for guests. Good to have a lounge room separate to the bedroom. Access to downtown and bus was good
Disliked: The staff were very nice but very unhelpful. One lift for all. Lift was never cleaned. The bathroom setup is useless, as was all of the bedroom. Coffee machine was dangerous. Would be better to have a jug to boil water. Air-conditioning was noisy. No complimentry umbrellas. Bad look for the Sheraton brand!
