Four Points by Sheraton Anchorage Downtown

We love the location to downtown! It is very convenient to have a night out and walk everywhere! The rooms are nice. Has the feel of an older establishment, but it does appear some upgrades are being made. The price is good. The front desk personnel were very nice and friendly each visit! We will continue to stay here on all of our downtown getaways!

Disappointing

Liked: It was a decidedly mediocre hotel.
Disliked: On my checkout day, checkout time was noon but the housekeeping staff opened and knocked on my door at least six times starting around 8am. Very unpleasant.While walking a block away, we were harassed by homeless/semi-homeless locals - this isn't the fault of the hotel, but it shows that the location is less than ideal. Significantly overpriced for what we got.

Disliked: The blackout shade could have covered more of the window.
