Four Points by Sheraton Amarillo Downtown

Great other than super bang...

Liked: Breakfast buffet great. Bailey at evening check in and another desk staff next morning were great
Disliked: 4 am a super loud bang shocked us right outside our room as apparently the garbage dumpster was loaded into Tue garbage truck!!! How can this possibly be allowed to happen, what is management doing!!! Unforgivable, sorry to say.

Great stay in Amarillo

Liked: The hotel was so clean and fresh. When you walked down the hall, it smelled really good, not like some hotels that do not smell clean. The only carpet in the room was around the bed when you stepped off which we liked. The balance of the room was tiled. Hate carpet in rooms. We ate dinner in the bar and had a great dinner and drinks. Will stay again.
Disliked: I can't think of anything.

Beautiful hotel, spacious, quiet and...

Liked: The staff gave us a lovely greeting and explained fully about the hotel. The rooms are beautifully furbished and spacious.
Disliked: Breakfasts throughout USA hotels aren’t great (and we have stayed at over 30 on this trip). This hotel was better than most, but still not top notch. Would be great to have fresh fruit to go with cereals and yoghurt.

Expected to stay one night...

Liked: Right off I-40. Easy to get on and off.

Nicest hotel ever within our...

Liked: It’s one of our favorite hotels ever stayed in. Very nice all around. Clean. Staff has always been very helpful and personable. It has a restaurant/bar which makes it so nice not having to go out to eat dinner after a long day on the road. Breakfast is an amazing spread of food. We will always book here when passing thru Amarillo
Disliked: Was just surprised to arrive and find the restaurant not open on Sunday. Disappointed but not the hotels fault. I didn’t research the days open/hours
