Great place in Amarillo if...

Liked: The rooms were spacious, and had high ceilings. The parking lot was plowed and salted after a snow storm. Plenty of parking. Close to the highway, so easy on/off. Lots of electric car charging.
Disliked: Just the one elevator on each side, so the usual chaos with people checking out. One of our party slipped outside on his way across the street, so pedestrian travel was difficult during the storm

Perfect location in comparison to...

Liked: The location was amazing! It was so close to where we needed to be. The facility was clean, I did have a stained wash cloth but I was able to get clean ones.
Disliked: The house keeping staff was very loud beginning at about 9:30 am, they were yelling to talk to each other down the hall. Check out isn’t until 11 and some people are late risers especially after stoning dance costumes all night.

Exceptional

Liked: Best stay, hotel was recently renovated. Room was spacious. They provided breakfast and even before we left front desk asked anything they need to look into anything particularly to make the customer experience better.
