Liked: The bed was comfy the staff were friendly. Down stairs pub pleasant. Good value for drinks. Easy walk back from Tottenham stadium. Close to local stations. Shop opposite for anything needed. Cerial & tea and coffee provided. Small fridge available.
Disliked: Room hot, no air con. Toilet door didn't shut. Paint work not good wall paper peeling off. Bottle lids from beers found so not cleaned properly. Window had no.catch so big child safety risk. Plugs blown next to bed, no black out curtains very small room watch your head tall.

Liked: Stayed here for a Chris Brown concert .the hotel was lovely inside , clean , staff was friendly and helpful , the view to beer gardens and access to the bar was great . location was fantastic for the stadium and tubes

Liked: Friendly host, lovely clean modern room, opening roof window, onlybthing was it was a bit hot even with roof window and fan.... but it was an extreemely hot day
Disliked: Bathroom was very hot and stuffy but as said it was extremely hot weather. It had glass roof window so feel if it had a shade it may be a bit cooler.
