disappointed after having excellent stays...

Liked: location price
Disliked: the noise from the beer coolers was a near constant drone the heat in the room even with radiators off was oppressive on opening the window to cool the room there was a veiw of old cooking oil containers and dead bay trees the squeaking hinges/door closer on the main door was clearly audible from the room even with door shut the toilet roll holder was broken on going to prepare food in the kitchen found that there was no toaster tried to use oven and grill but the knobs just spun round out of sunk with the indicators so couldn’t tell which function it was and the same with the temperature in the end gave up also the previous cook although polite left the kitchen in a mess meaning i had to clean first

Great location, great staff and...

Liked: Great hotel for a short stay. No frills and for an absolute bargain price. Close to Bethnal Green and Stepney Green tube stations. Staff were extremely friendly on check in. If you book here at these prices you aren't getting Hilton luxury so remember that when reading these reviews.
Disliked: At the price I paid there was nothing at fault here

Better than expected

Liked: Like: The Fountain Hotel was above my expectations. Honestly, it didn't look great in the pictures, but it's much nicer in person. The room was small, but spotlessly clean and incredibly cozy — perfect for a short stay.Getting there was super convenient, with easy access from Stansted Airport, and the underground station just a short walk away. Lots of places to eat nearby.If you're in town for a Spurs match, this is an excellent choice — the location makes getting to the stadium really straightforward.I’d definitely stay here again.Dislike: Our flight was delayed, so we arrived after the check-in time and had to pay an extra fee for late check-in at the hotel
