Disliked: Rooms were old and not clean. Changed 2 times in one night because of bugs in one room and dirty towels and food crumbs in bed in the second room. Third room was decent.

Liked: I chose this particular room for the direct oceanfront view and it was AMAZING!!! We were even able to lay in bed in the morning and watch the sun rise through the window. This property offered the open tiki bar area, it was next to the first entrance for car parking on the beach, and it was also within walking distance to the pier! Loved that there were easily accessible bathrooms on the ground floor as well!
Disliked: The only complaint I have is the headboard on the bed would smack the wall every time you moved, even the slightest bit! I’m sure it wouldn’t be a hard fix, still comfortable just noisy!

Liked: Timeshare rented out as hotel rooms. Not all rooms are in the same condition and are owned individually. If you check in and get a low-quality room, ask for a new room immediately. The property will claim Booking.com assigns the room but this is not true. Room was a student dorm with stained sofa, old scratched table and chairs and a dresser with all broken drawers. Room 318 needs to be upgraded to match the quality of other rooms. ICall ahead for room assignment and don't accept room 318. Ask for room 212 or another one.
