Liked: The rooms' design were really nice
Disliked: The staff felt a bit stiff, and there was a weird smell in the hallway. The walls are really thin, so you can hear everything from the other rooms. But the biggest issue was that they charged my credit card multiple times without telling me , definitely not okay.

Liked: Beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Staff was polite
Disliked: We could hear people snoring from the room next door’s, the rooms are not very insulated.We also had issues with the air conditioner, it was making random noises during the night. The staff team said they had fixed it, but the noise kept going for another night. They eventually moved us to another room, but that room had the same issue and the noise was even louder
