Exceptional

Superb

Liked: The staff were kind and wonderful. The hotel was overall clean and pleasant. There’s a lounge on the second floor, along with a 24/7 kitchen and laundry room, which was very convenient.
Disliked: The hotel itself was fine, but the area was a bit noisy. My room faced the street, and every night there were loud, explosive sounds coming from outside.

Hostel type stay

Liked: Only the location was good
Disliked: The room size sooooooo small I booked a four bed thing the room will be big it was bunker beds

Great location and very clean...

Liked: Perfect location near to shopping areas and public transport. Clean place and nice rooms.
Disliked: The 4-bed room was very small with little space for luggage. Also no fridge.

Nice kitchen and comy beds

Liked: Loved the coffee machine that made 5 different types of coffee - Hot coco, cappuccino, espresso and decaf.
Disliked: Front desk at check in did not explain the kitchen very well. But we figured it out after the first night.

Not again. Wont recommend anybody.

Liked: Bed was compy and looked clean
Disliked: There was a toilet smell whole stay. Had to close under to restroom door with a towel. Omg rooms are so claustrophobic, we were shocked how tiny rooms and no place to open a luggage and stand next to it, literally no space. Nothing like the pictures. Also somebody knocked our door so hardly at 7am maybe somebody was trying to enter their room and confused the rooms, I asked who is that he kept knocking and left but it was creepy and did not feel safe. Outside is close to train and cable car but there are too many homeless and piss and poop and also smells on the streets, street is close to homeless shelter areas not safe to walk any time after dark anytime….. Lastly there is a very disgusting breakfast restaurant or cafe under or next to back of the building, it smells like puke early in the mornings, couldnt open a window in that claustrophobic room.
