Superb

Liked: Bunk beds were nice for our group. Nice to have full size soap, shampoo and conditioner. Close to public transport. Nice to have lounge with free coffee and fridge/microwave.
Disliked: Not the best part of town. Beds could be more comfortable.

Convenient and comfortable central San...

Liked: Great hotel for central San Francisco. Close to Powell Street BART station and bus stops. Also, within walking distance to China Town, Little Italy etc. and plenty of local diners and restaurants close by. Room was clean, good shower and very comfortable beds. Kitchenette was handy with great coffee machine. Laundry facilities onsite too. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Our room was pretty much above a nightclub, and we were there Friday and Saturday nights! Very noisy! But the staff were apologetic and offered late check-out options, which was nice. We were pretty jet lagged, so able to sleep through. So maybe make sure you check out where your room is going to be to avoid the night club, especially if you have young kids.The room is quite compact too, so not much room for a family of four, but the beds (bunk) were big and very comfortable, so overall we were happy.
