We had a wonderful stay...

Liked: The hotel and grounds are beautiful, staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: We felt that the food in the hotel was not as nice as we hoped it would be.

Liked: Everything. The staff are lovely, the grounds are beautiful. The room was spotless. The staff could not be any nicer or accommodating.
Disliked: The lack of regular food choices. Although there are four restaurants to choose from, all four have very fancy dishes. Having a few regular meal choices would be great although staff were very obliging when we asked if changes could be made to dishes.

Disliked: What I did not appreciate that when I asked for the connection rooms - you as booking agent - did not NOT check that I could organise it when it would have been available to me according to the hotel. My son was very far away down the corridor. Not the hotel’s faults-yours.
