Helpful staff, clean Spaces, nice...
Liked: Great place! Nice design, room was clean. A bit small but perfect for one. Bathroom was modern, good shower. Overall great design in funcitonality and nice to eye.
Disliked: The room Could Be bigger in general but if you stay short stay it’s more than enough.

Great location, amazing breakfast but...
Liked: This small hotel is located just a few minutes from the canal and the center of Trieste. The room was very small, comfy mattress, quiet in the night, great breakfast and great staff. Also the design if th hotel & room is very special.
Disliked: The tiny room and bathroom (barely place for your legs when you sit on the toilet), and some furniture was in bad shape. Also room is pretty dark even with all lights on.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Whoever designed the bathroom didn't leave any space between the toilet and the shower screen to put your legs!!When I arrived at the property at first it was hard to figure out where the bell was to enter the main door downstairs. Once at reception, there was nobody there, and it was quite a long wait until someone came. There was only one young lady working that day and she was busy showing guests their rooms.

Awesome for a short stay....
Liked: Amazing staff. Breakfast was delicious. Decor was stunning.
Disliked: Toilet seat was broken. Room was super tiny.

Clean classic hotel in great...
Liked: Location excellent. Walkable to transport hubs and city centre areas. Spotlessly clean. Staff very welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: Air con not very effective- room very warm. No safe in room. Bed a little hard for my liking. Renovations in Building so hotel sign taken down - difficult to find initially.

Liked: It was very cozy and the staff were kind.
Disliked: The elevator was out and it was quite a lot of stairs to hoist up my luggage. Luckily when I checked out the reception agent brought the bag downstairs for me.

A great base, very friendly...
Liked: We stayed three nights and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very central in the city so there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the sites were within easy reach. The bus and train station are only 10-15 mins walk away, a taxi from the bus station to the hotel was only 9 euros. We had the Italian morning breakfast which was a mix of pastry, fruit and yoghurt with juice and coffee which worked for us. The staff spoke excellent English and so made our stay very easy. The weather was extremely hot whilst we were in Trieste and so the air-conditioning in our room was not brilliant but it kept us a little cooler.
Disliked: The size of our room (108) I would describe as compact, with two suit cases we didn't really have much space to leave them out and there was nowhere to sit, it was the bed or nothing. There wasn't a lounge or area with comfy seats in the hotel to go to.
