Liked: Quality of the furnishings giving great comfort. Very clean, staff were very attentive
Disliked: TV did not connect to the internet so couldn’t watch my programme

Liked: Everything about the hotel and service, received a room upgrade on arrival, issue with the mini bar but was resolved instantly with complimentary drinks also. Location central and perfect for the trip

Liked: Very comfortable stay. Our upgraded room was quite spacious The bathroom was exceptional and the staff were very helpful, providing excellent service
Disliked: It was unclear that the breakfast was a tray brought to our room in the morning. Cold croissants and cereal bars were not what I had expected. Maybe I missed that detail in the booking?The fruit bowl and yoghurt was nice though
