Room service is available, perfect for late-night cravings after a standing-room-only encore. While breakfast hours may vary, staff are known for accommodating guests who need a later morning meal after a long night out.

Nightlife Options

You’re in the thick of things here — surrounded by lively bars, lounges, and pubs all within walking distance. After your concert, stroll down Peter Street or Deansgate for craft cocktails, DJ sets, or a low-key pint. Back at the hotel, the bar offers a more intimate vibe with a curated drinks menu for a relaxed nightcap.

What People Say

Guests rave about the exceptional location, calling it perfect for exploring the city’s music scene. The modern decor and luxurious rooms consistently get high marks, along with the friendly and responsive staff. Reviewers also highlight the comfort and quietness of the rooms — a big plus for light sleepers coming back from loud venues.

Areas for Improvement

Some guests mention that rooms can run a bit small for the price, and while the hotel is centrally located, parking options can be limited — something to keep in mind if you're driving in. Also, those expecting a buzzing hotel bar scene might find it a bit more low-key than expected.

Clean and comfortable but question...

Liked: Room was a good size and well provisioned.
Disliked: At 9am the breakfast options were approximately 5 apples, 5 easy peelers, 3 muffins, and coffee and tea. I understand there may have been delivery issue but the lack of other bits being set up suggests breakfast is light on at the best of times. The shower was also luke warm.

The rooms are a bit...

Liked: The rooms are a bit odd in shape and décor strange but otherwise OK.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t great. I was really looking forward to a big fry up but it turned out to be a bit of toast and cereals for the cost of £20.00. The tea tasted like coffee! A bit disappointing!

Disappointing

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Air con/ heating wasn’t working and after raising the issue we were given a cheap fan for the room. £100 deposit was required with no formal notification of this prior.Pillows were very uncomfortable.Overall not worth the £130 price tag for 1 night

Wonderful place, very lovely staff...

Liked: Wonderful place to stay and the location is very close to the city center and all nearby attractions. The location is exceptional and easily accessible from Manchester Piccadilly station by the free bus service and by walking as well. The staff members are very kind, polite and always available to help and they helped me to take my daughter's stroller down stairs. The suite's downstairs living area was very nice and the view was fabulous.Great black out blinds.Lots of free toiletries. The decor of the whole place and the rooms was nice and unique.
Disliked: The the bedrooms of the suite in the 3rd floor are a bit narrow and there was no space for the kids to play.

Great location, very bad breakfast.

Liked: Perfect location. Room big and comfy. Good towels. Free toiletries. Great black out blinds.
Disliked: Room wasn’t ready at check in time. Cheap toilet paper. Noisy. No USB sockets - loads of sockets but none of them usb. Breakfast was abysmal - but really dont bother paying for it. Just go to the cafe next door. It’s advertised as continental, but they seem to use this as an excuse to give a stale croissant and no selections, old tea in a pump machine (who doesn’t just give hot water and tea bags?!), a toaster and bread was produced after we’d been there about 10 minutes (but don’t get excited, just sliced white bread). What they offered should have been given away for free or they should stop offering breakfast if they can’t do any better.
