A solid place to sleep

Liked: Breakfast was skimpy. Breads, eggs, cereal. Not a lot of selection
Disliked: AC in room did not work. Wifi very slow. Staff tried masterfully to overcoming shortcomings of aged facility including eagerness and cleanliness, but money needs to be invested

Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable
Disliked: No coffee maker in the room!

The stay was good overall

Liked: There could have been more choices for breakfast. There was no fruit
Disliked: Everything was ok. But the waiter was very nice and pleasant in the restaurant. I wish there would have been a coffee machine in the rooms

Great customer service

Liked: Staff was amazing, super friendly, super clean. It’s a cute little motel a couple minutes from the fortress. Overall it was a good stay
Disliked: The lock on the door needs to be replaced

Liked: The location was prime for our visit to the fortress ! The room was a good size.
Disliked: The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The shower was FULL of mold. The room was loud: we could hear everything outside including other guests, the AC sort of worked, but kept turning on and off and was extremely loud making sleep disruptions. Breakfast was very limited.

It was quite expensive given...

Liked: The breakfast was modest and needs to be filled out to some degree: a selection of some fruit would be good, as well as.some meat to go with the eggs.
Disliked: The advertised pull-out sofa was impossible to sleep on and needs to be replaced asap, as it was the advertised 3rd bed. The wires and springs protruded significantly by just brushing one's hand over the material.
