Disliked: Room had not been cleaned at all, room smelled, and then found dirty wet towels under the bed.

BLACK MOULD EVERYWHERE

Liked: Literally nothing
Disliked: There was black mould everywhere. Stains on the bed, the walls, the floor. Had to pay a $50 deposit by card when checking in and reception gave the money back to us in cash before even checking the rooms. What was the point of the deposit then?This place is a health hazard, the pictures are deceiving, and I'm shocked that it hasn't been closed down for health and safety issues or held accountable by some authority for false advertising.

Liked: Stayed in a king ensuite room, not very spacious but was about as good as could be expected for the price

Liked: Perfect to put the head down for a couple hours after a big night out partying. It was safer than sleeping on the streets for a couple hours.
Disliked: Give the bathrooms a clean, they were atrocious.

Liked: was close to the places we wanted to go. staff were good and changed our room when we discovered the bed was broken in our first room.
Disliked: we booked a room without a window. so the ventilation was very bad and made the room smell musty. the linen was not clean , it was stained and smelt funny. yellow pillows. there was a homeless woman right outside the main doors to the building the whole 3 days we were there and she harass the people coming in and out. it was scary and i don’t know why they didn’t ask her to move along or call the police.

Liked: Location is in the middle of Auckland CBD, with many food choices and shops.
Disliked: Room was horrible. The curtain was stained and messy. The bathroom had no shower curtain and was equipped with rusty basket. There was no A/C in the room which we then had to keep the windows opened and be subjected to the noise coming from the traffic and pubs below. The common kitchen was filthy and in disarray.
