Riverfront well maintained high rise...

Liked: Nice lobby, beautiful river and city views from our 19th floor corner room. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Disliked: Bathroom space tight, couldnt connect to wifi.

Good location, clean room, needs...

Liked: The location worked well for our trip. The room was spacious and well kept.
Disliked: Our room was directly across from the convention center, so even though the room has darkening curtains, we had to contend with the lights from the billboard for the duration of our trip. It was incredibly bright no matter our efforts.

Good until they double billed...

Disliked: They double billed both of our rooms and haven?t refunded me or returned any of my 10 calls.

7 really need to update...

Liked: location, snacks in lobbylate checkout option decent staff
Disliked: no smart TV that was the worst because we couldn?t even connect to our own Netflix. Outdated appliances?. a mini microwave would be nice in a hotel where many visits.

Disappointing

Liked: Enough pillows.
Disliked: Bed was not made. In use soap was removed but not replaced with a new one, leaving me without soap. All recreation facilities out of order. Blanket had a hole. One night, the keycard was not working any more. Someone had to come to help, which took very long.

Superb

Liked: Having breakfast on the top floor was awesome. The breakfast staff made you feel welcome.
Disliked: Having to leave.

Exceptional

Liked: I was informed that breakfast was free, and sadly was informed wrong when we went down for breakfast. But we did not take points from our beautiful stay because of it, just a bit bummed for the price. This is our second stay and won't be our last for good reason. We love this place! Staff is excellent and the location is perfect.
