Liked: No breakfast. Location was good for us. After the mixup in the booking and registration, we were treated very kindly and accommodating. We really appreciated the hospitality and kindness that was shown to us.
Disliked: The bathroom shower, the toilet and the vanity were really not convenient for us as seniors. I know it’s an old motel so we can expect some inconvenience.

We plan on staying alot...

Liked: We supplied our own breakfast but we didn't mind because we had a toaster we brought to our room. We feel like it's our job to feed ourselves anyways especially since the owner is such a kind and courteous man who you can really tell he cares about his tenants and goes above and beyond to show you just how welcome you really are at his establishment. When we first arrived our card wasn't even working and it took us hours to pay for our room and he was so kind and understanding and we made sure that he was paid the minute our card was back up and working , there aren't very many kind souls like sammy the owner left in this world so it was very nice to see. I would 100 % reccomend this hotel to any one of my family members or friends.
Disliked: The only issue I had was no in room phone as our cell phone broke the second day there but Sammy was so kind to let us use his personal phone to make a few neccessary calls again this was very kind of him and he says he's getting phones in room soon so that will be nice.

I found what I expected...

Liked: The staff were friendly and made an effort to please. It appears some effort is underway to improve the building.
Disliked: The building is very old and in some disrepair. Some more renovations are needed to get it up to a reasonable standard.
