Good value for the money,...

Liked: The staff were awesome. the cleanliness was par-to-good. the room was spacious and accommodating.
Disliked: all but one ice-maker functioned.no outdoor pool, as it was on the fritz, apparently.game room unavailable.hallways were extremely muggy and hot.restaurant was unavailable.gift store unavailable.continental breakfast was a joke.

Disappointing

Disliked: Hotel was dirty

Disliked: Getting bed bugs and having an allergic reaction them.

Nice Hotel, just make sure...

Liked: The hotel was clean. My kids enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pool and the free breakfast was an nice touch.
Disliked: The Air Conditioner in mine and my daughter‘s room was not cooling the room. We were miserable during the night, the only thing that helped us sleep was the ice packs We used to cool down and the only thing the hotel staff offered was an “oh I’m so sorry”, I thought they may offer at least a discount.

It beautiful place to stay

Liked: Breakfast just need add bacon and sausage....furniture was beautiful...beautiful carpet on floor.indoor pool and jacuzzi was great staff was friendly and helpful....
Disliked: Grass and limbs wasn't cut in picnic area....walk way was full leave in there....not Noth lights see by ...coffee shop was close...no microwave was in our room...AC wasn't working properly in building only in room...didn't have sausage or bacon with breakfast...no arcade for kids no outdoor games. ....hot all ver building except inside living area

A good location for Williamsburg...

Liked: The location was a nice run or walk to Williamsburg
Disliked: The wifi was weak. TV didn’t work. The breakfast was just ok. The pools were dirty.

Beautiful historical place

Liked: Beautiful building
Disliked: The bathroom in my room was very small. It was very uncomfortable for me. I have pulled muscles in my back and I struggled to get up and down from the toilet.

Overall had a great stay...

Liked: Loved the location of the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the choice of indoor or outdoor pools was great with the kids. Great continental breakfast.
