Disliked: Under construction. Only notified a few days before trip. Place was a mess. Restaurant and bar were make shift and very underwhelming.

Disliked: Pool and spa were closed. Trip was a disaster. Booking.com did not provide any information regarding the closures. Room was supposed to have an ocean view. One had to go on the balcony and twist your neck to see the water.

Disliked: We chose this site for spa and pool to relax. Once checked in then we were told the spa and pool were closed for renovations. Seems very disappointing to pay premium prices for limited amenities
