Disliked: the pool still be closed and providing the wi-fi password

Liked: Location was suitable and room spacious
Disliked: Swimming g pool was closed. This was NOT highlighted at my point of booking. I booked a room for 2 adults and a 12 year old child WITH breakfast. The morning for breakfast I was told to pick up vouchers. They gave me 2 vouchers and said this was hotel policy. Breakfast vouchers will only cover 2 people regardless if how many the room had been booked for. I had to speak with the manager who as “A good will gesture “ gave me the 3rd voucher.It was not good will. I had already paid for it. Disappointing for a Mariott where I have points.

Liked: Room was spacious and lobby was clean
Disliked: That it was no microwave in the room and that there were only one microwave which was located on a different floor, which was very inconvenient.

Good

Disliked: It's was obvious that Booking.com reservations were automatically assigned to less desirable rooms on the lower floors the property. I was given one of the worse room locations imaginable. The 3rd floor room had a roof top view of the lobby entrance driveway, did not have hot water, and generally was not in good condition. The good news is that upon request for a better room on a higher floor, they readily moved me another room on the 4th floor that was acceptable. Overall the experience was "good" and I would stay there again.
