Liked: Our experience, as always when we stay there, was wonderful. The staff, the beach crew—everyone was incredibly kind. The hotel gave us a beautiful detail for our anniversary, which we truly appreciated. All the employees are exceptionally friendly.

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and very well maintained.
Disliked: Beach access and pool area was fantastic!!

Way too many options to...

Liked: Pool was nice
Disliked: Checkin staff, bad room, everything including room was expensive. $8 water.

Liked: Had a wonderful time. Great location!
Disliked: Was charged a $311 fee at the end which caught me off guard. Thought resort fees were included in initial booking...atleast thats how its always been for us at different resort stays.
