Liked: Lovely ancient house. Completely the opposite to large institutions, you almost feel invited by the owner. Breakfast was gorgeous, the Chef is excellent and very friendly.
Location is a bit puzzling but there is a nice atmosphere.
Disliked: Breakfast a bit late (7:30) if you wake up early (because of jet lag) or if you go to work early. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Liked: Good breakfast, pleasantly furnished and in keeping with period
Disliked: Uncomfortable bed, no double glazing so noisy due to being close to motorway intersection and train track, poor noise insulation between rooms especially from above, tv not working.

Cute hotel with individual charm
Liked: Great building and the location in the historical centre is very pretty. It is stuck between highways but you don't really hear it and unless you walk out there you notice it then. Walking distance from restaurants and the prettier parts of Mobile.
It is a B&B, not a hotel, so be ready to share the breakfast table - which is a nice way to talk to people if that floats your boat.
Definitely recommend it - it is just a nicer place to stay given it has individual charm.
Disliked: Room had a strong room freshener in it - I took it out because smelt very strongly. The reason for it was that without it, the room smelt a little damp. Not sure what the cause was.

An amazing find
Liked: What a gem of a property, stunning location, beautiful room, amazing staff all topped off by the best breakfast chef I've ever met, he was the epitome of southern charm.
Disliked: If I was to be really picky, the air conditioning was a little loud, and I mean a little!
