Liked: The location and pool were nice. Managers were helpful when we had an ant issue one day and a toilet issue another day.
Disliked: I continued getting charges pulled out of my account despite pre-paying upon check in. For two days in a row I had the full cost of my room withdrawn from my account. I had to go to the desk and have my card removed from their computer system. - there were huge ants in our room. I called to ask someone to come and take care of it. The manager was very helpful and even moved us to a larger room for the inconvenience. Their response was prompt and courteous.

Liked: Clean, quiet, remodeled. Staff knowledgeable and courteous. Great location to many options for restaurants and close to CSU which was reason for stay. Will stay here again.
Disliked: Couldn’t get the thermostat to change temp so it was chilly in the room. We could’ve called and asked about it but we were only there 1 night so made it through.

Disliked: It would have been nice know that the pool was under construction as it was a selling point with my kids. It was very disappointing that there was no pool. I wou l d have opted for a different hotel that had a pool. Without the pool I don't think it was worth the price.
