Liked: Clean, quiet, remodeled. Staff knowledgeable and courteous. Great location to many options for restaurants and close to CSU which was reason for stay. Will stay here again.
Disliked: Couldn’t get the thermostat to change temp so it was chilly in the room. We could’ve called and asked about it but we were only there 1 night so made it through.

Disliked: It would have been nice know that the pool was under construction as it was a selling point with my kids. It was very disappointing that there was no pool. I wou l d have opted for a different hotel that had a pool. Without the pool I don't think it was worth the price.

Liked: Staff was excellent and the facility is great.
Disliked: Tried to make a phone reservation and went through AI phone tree hell. The AI actually scolded me for asking to speak to a person. Then I went on a long hold and gave up. Used Priceline instead.
