Liked: Central location with great staff. Also had a lovely restaurant / bar on the ground floor
Disliked: We were not familiar with how to use the air con. In fact, didn’t recognize it at all despite having traveled quite a bit. We should have called reception with questions which was my fault

Brilliant, 10/10, friendly staff, would...

Liked: Everyone was so lovely and welcoming. There wasn’t a point where the staff didn’t stop to say “hello, how are you?”. We mentioned we were on our honeymoon also. We went up to our room to unpack, when we were greeted by a knock on the door with a delicious selection of chocolates and fruits. The property itself was 10/10, immaculate and clean. Couldn’t fault The Hyde in Galway!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing!

Disliked: The lift was being serviced during our stay.
