Decent stay.

Liked: The location was relatively nice.
Disliked: The room was not clean a sock was found beside the bed, the bathroom was horrible and had mould.

Bit disappointed

Liked: The person who checked us in was nice and helpful but could do with wearing a uniform didn’t look like like staff
Disliked: Not very clean when coming into the hotel the glass was filthy Room not very clean dirty skirting boards,dust in the sink,towels had hairs on them,carpet edges were dusty soap dispenser was. empty the air con machine was thick with dust surely this is a fire hazardThe bedding was clean but one bed had springs coming through Corridor could have done with being hoovered And there was also rubbish in the bin

Liked: I liked the location,it's very handy for buses trams and trains.The staff were very polite and courteous, the rooms were clean.

Liked: Great location, really nice staff and was able to leave our luggage after check out time so that we could go shopping and collect it later
Disliked: Could hear the wind howling through the window, to be fair it was an exceptionally windy day and night

Nice. But a bit neglected....
