Location a staff were good....

Liked: Limited choice. Could be better
Disliked: The fishy smell in the lift and entrance windows were dirty an full of dust and grime hadn’t been cleaned for a long time

Great location but dated!

Liked: Location was great. Size of room was fab.
Disliked: No toiletries at all in the room, not even hand soap. The windows in room 314 were broken so one wouldn't open and one wouldn't close. Bit tired and dated.

Liked: Didn't have breakfast. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Near to the theatre we were visiting.
Disliked: The shower could have been cleaner. The bedroom window was insecure. Had to ask for a hair dryer

Disliked: Book a view room, but sadly not able to see the view properly due to windows being blown or not clean on the outside

Disliked: Came through what we thought was side door and smelt drains and some flies around bottom of stairs.. Was told at reception this is main door. Room tiny, stains on the walls, couldnt see the sea view for the dirty windows and bird muck. Window frames disgusting see picture. Mold in the shower tiles again see picture and the shower curtain. Hair in soap dish and shower base. Wide screen tv is about 14 inch and bedding was inside out. Only stayed one night so never took shower gel as they supply. This was empty so reception took one from another room which was half empty
