Absolutely fantastic and will recommend...

Liked: Staff were very friendly. The room was a good size and it was clean. You get value for money and it is in great location easy to find and in the heart of all the action.

Poor won't return.

Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: No soap in bathroom to wash hands. Was told to use the shower gel in shower by reception staff. Room was not cleaned each day. No one told us it was on request only.

Disliked: The cost was expensive for triple room way too expensive. Rooms need updating very small tv and not many sockets. Room was cold

Disliked: Left kindle under pillow (totally our fault for not double checking) and returned next day, staff said it wasn’t there. They checked again and said it hadn’t been found. We know it was left there as my partner was really ill and we stayed in all night and she was reading it on and off all night, putting it back under the pillow. Please don’t leave anything valuable at this hotel, you will never see it again!
