Comfortable room with nice view...

Liked: We were greeted by charming, informative staff. Our upgraded room was spacious and well fitted. The bed was very comfortable and the terrace overlooked the beautiful pool.
Disliked: There was no welcome pack - tea/coffee etc. We bought water from the Reception staff. There were extensive road works outside making it difficult to walk. The nearest open restaurant was a 15 minute walk away. The supermarket was a 20 minute walk. Perhaps this could all be mentioned when booking the room so guests can come prepared. We also bought a bottle of wine from Reception - it was without exception the worst bottle of wine I have tasted in France - undrinkable.

Convenient location, excellent and engaged...

Liked: The pool area looked great. Unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of it. The staff were over the top helpful in recommendations, technical assistance and getting us to and from the airport.
Disliked: Hotel could use a facelift.
