Be cautious

Liked: Very nice staff
Disliked: They are under construction which is not my complaint. The problem is the people doing the construction don’t know how to use a magnet to pick up screws and nails in the parking lot . I ended up with two screws in my tire from the parking lot . We picked up another screw behind someone else’s tire or they would’ve had a flat tire .They wouldn’t reimburse me anything for me having to get my tire fixed. Sad they wouldn’t do anything or give me a discount!!!

Disliked: Hvac fan too loud, next to bed

Hotel is under renovation/remodeling. Also...

Liked: The location was very good for our purposes, Hotel was quite clean and the front desk person was friendly.
Disliked: The hotel did not honor the booking.com reservation. I had called a few days earlier and was unable to confirm so-called booking.com directly. The person I spoke to try to assist, but was not successful. He suggested I reach out to the hotel again via phone or text. I did both and was simply told that they had no receipt of any reservation. Instead of paying $96 per room per night. I ended up paying $139 plus all taxes and fees which brought the price to $165 instead of the quoted price of slightly over $100.The hotel is also under new management and undergoing extensive remodeling which should have resulted in a discounted price. The room itself was satisfactory, except the plumbing was not working properly and the desk chair was torn, leather like material and clearly very old and worn. The bed itself is quite comfortable and nice.

Liked: Nothing..The hotel is dirty and outdated.-I called the front desk to clean the room two times after the second night and they said housekeeping will come but never made it to my room. Unfortunately they don?t care about treating their guest with respect.
Disliked: Nothing I like about this hotel.-the pictures of the hotel on the website are deceiving -room needs a real makeover.

Liked: Good value.
Disliked: Bathroom needed repair. Several light bulbs were out in the room.

Liked: We arrived after 9:00pm and the young woman was very friendly and kind. I asked if the sheets were soft and she said come back down and I will get you new ones if they arent. Well they were! The blackout curtain was torn but was covered with a towel.
Disliked: We originally asked to check in two hours early and was told if we paid an extra $25 we could. We were in room 401!

Exceptional

Good

Liked: Very friendly staff, clean for the most part, definitely need to pull things from the wall and vacuum including in and around the couches. Breakfast was very good, pool was really clean.
Disliked: The hot tub was closed and us parents were really looking forward to it. Stayed two nights and never had towels brought to us we had to go ask for them. There were no pool towels.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Our room was not cleaned properly. There was dried urine along the base of the toilet , and the counters didnt appear to have been wiped down . The sofa bed, which we intended to use , was filthy. The sheet was dirty and there were belonging still there from a previous stay. (Dirty hairbrush ,crumbs, hair).
