Liked: Breakfast was ok but free is nice. Like lots of activities for kids and dog-friendly.
Disliked: Lawn was soaked when taking dog out early-morning. Pool was not heated although advertised it was. Hallways look like they will fall.

Liked: Not much, the building exists which is a plus
Disliked: Poor breakfast, no vegetables, artificial scrambled eggs. Smelly rooms, very dated. Additional $20/day fee for parking

Liked: Good location - walking distance to the Heavenly resort area (across street) and the casinos (1/2 mi)Suite rooms are spacious and in great condition, spotlessly clean, good amenities in the rooms, including full kitchenReally appreciated the attractive landscaping with lawns, plantings and tall pine trees all around, two pools/hot tubsOverall the hotel is very well maintained, staff are very friendly and helpfulGood parking, although $20 per day is charged - this should be included in the room priceBreakfast was OK - typical for American 3 star hotel chains.

Disliked: This "resort" was once my favorite spot to stay. I've stayed here multiple times with my family... And I have never stayed in the pool suite .. my family was having a family reunion and this was a great place I thought for my family to have as a home base. I even called in advance to have the request to have my family rooms near each other. I get to the "resort" and found that I was no where near my family. Ok I'll let it slide. Then I get into my room and it looks nice . I go to the patio and I'm excited that I'm steps away from the pool. I take my first step out of the sliding glass door to a patio that was cracked and uneven and a total trip and fall hazard from the tree roots and surrounding area. I was alarmed as my 90 year grandmother and my 70 year old mother who had another pool side suite on the other side of the property had two steep stairs without a hand rail or ANYTHING to help people...So not one but two rooms with trip and fall hazard. Directly leading to the pool ... NOT SAFE AT ALL... NO BARRIER OR PROTECTION.Then my room had Additional issues with the AC unit. The temperature was not accurate. It was saying it was much cooler than it really was by at least 15 degrees hotter in the room. Which lead to having the windows open to cool off the room. Which lead to NO SILENCE. As I heard kids and adults swim and be loud all night. I spent triple the amount this room normally goes for the weekend we went. I ONLY paid this price because I wanted to be with my family.Here's where I'm even more pissed off. I reached out to the property to complain and asked for a refund and the property said they couldn't refund due to it being booked with a 3rd party. But the property said they would give me a gift card. For a single night. I said no I would really prefer a refund. Again they said no due to 3rd party booking.
