Over all it was good

Liked: Breakfast is good, but it will be better if there are varieties everyday. Room is good .
Disliked: Room is good but we have an 88 year old mom and they put us on the second floor. it could be better at the ground floor.

Very comfortable and excellent location

Liked: The location was fantastic. Cool that the tram went right over it. Easy to get to shopping, restaurants and casinos.
Disliked: Small bathroom and shower and small pool. The breakfast buffet was significant (eggs, bacon, breakfast sandwhiches, but for some reason nothing tasted very good to me.

Liked: The staff and services were phenomenal. There was some deferred maintenance on the facility. The location is excellent and parking is tight.
Disliked: Maybe a coupon book with discounts to some of the local attractions for first time visitors

Liked: The room was clean, breakfast is food and staff is nice and bartender is excellent and friendly!
Disliked: The brick trail walk way to the village across the street needs more lights and or light bulbs to be replaced very dark at night thank you

Disliked: My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The reception staff was indifferent from the moment I arrived. The room was in bad shape: it was visibly dusty, the curtains were dirty, and the bathtub floor had a yellowish color. Everything seemed old and poorly maintained.On top of that, the bed was very hard and the room had a musty smell that wouldn't go away. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was so loud that it was impossible for me to sleep. For the price they charge, they could definitely offer a much better experience
