Not what we expected

Liked: The location was good, and the garden was nice. The team were also good.
Disliked: Room 202 compared to other hotels, clearly not of a superior grade. Several issues, including h&s concerns with broken chairs. After complaining, we were moved to room 101. General condition of hallways and stairs very poor, stained dirty carpets with no pile left on them. This hotel needs a clean up and a make over it is very tired.
