Comfortable, happy, relaxing and adventurous.

Liked: I like the cosiness of the hotel, the food served at breakfast and dinner and the friendly staff. I also liked the room. It is spacious with all the things that made the stay relaxing and happy.
Disliked: I liked everything.

Perfect English countryside stay.

Liked: Well maintained and quaint hotel. The location is also incredible and easy walking distance to the forest and the high street.

Wonderful stay

Liked: The attention to every detail, the staff was absolutely amazing- all of them. Super dog friendly (my pup was loving all the attention and the little welcome pack).I usually don’t like to dine in the same place and like to try out different local places but the food was really good so I ended up having dinner and breakfast there and only went out one night. The room was very spacious, comfortable and with all the amities. It felt like everything was really thought through. I would definitely book a stay here again.
Disliked: Not a dislike but the WiFi on TV wasn’t working. They were installing some new system so you couldn’t watch Netflix or cast but it’s a minor thing and not really a big deal.

Excellent Stay

Liked: Amazing hotel, with lovely staff, beautiful room looking out the front, great location. Enjoyable breakfast. Hotel was clean and always looked clean even with dogs around. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.
Disliked: We ate in the bar in the evening, very very slow service,we were shown to our seats then waited 15 minutes before we had a drinks order taken, then we'll over and an hour for our food order to be taken. Food was lovely but got very late for eating.

Overall, a pleasant stay

Liked: The staff were friendly, the scones were excellent. However, I was quite disappointed with the rib-eye steak I had. It was tough even though i asked for medium rare.
