Liked: We had a very enjoyable stay. Location excellent as New Forest walks were just over the road and there is a pleasant stroll into Brockenhurst centre. The room and facilities were very good, as were breakfast and staff

Liked: Breakfast & dinner. Outside space. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Lack of nice quiet cosy seating area to sit and relax/ read a book. The only space was in the bar with most of the tables set for meals (not very relaxing) or go and sit in your room. Not what we have come to expect from other Coaching Inns we have stopped at. Room had not been cleaned after we got back to the hotel c.1500 after a trip out.

Liked: Really friendly team. Delicious breakfast and the host was so helpful. Comfy room with everything you need and some nice touches.
Disliked: Shower difficult to operate.

Liked: quiet location, good food, a bit pricey but worth it, very friendly staff and everyone will go out there way to accommodate your needs. Will def stay again. and recommend
Disliked: A little bit dusty in the room and not every day room turn over. Only stayed two nights so might be there policy. Coffee pod machine didn’t work

Liked: Nice atmosphere in the bar, good food and very friendly staff
Disliked: The bedroom #8 was so small you could barely pass by the bed to go to the bathroom!
