Excellent location, warm and friendly...

Liked: Lovely location at the edge of the Brockenhurst village and easily walkable. Tastefully furnished, staff where excellent and so helpful, warm and welcoming, and very pet friendly. Small touches, like the pet welcoming pack, brollies and wellies for those wet days, and even a dog sink/towels to wash feet down after muddy walk!
Disliked: Nothing, if I had a wish list it would be for bathrobes in the room and possible a fridge.

Liked: Lovely property, very nice room, great location. Special mention for front of house team member Sergio, who was very friendly and helpful. Also, the bartender makes a splendid Old Fashioned.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing.

Lovely location but cleaning and...

Liked: Well decorated and had good accessories in the room and en-suite.
Disliked: You can hear a lot of noise from inside the room. From both the corridors and other rooms. The beds were so uncomfortable. The mattresses were rock hard and the pillows were too. Both my husband and I didn’t get a very good nights sleep. The room was extremely dusty. It didn’t seem that housekeeping had been done prior to our arrival.
