Had a brilliant time; all the staff were cheerful and helpful - a real credit to the hotel. The breakfast was fabulous - great choice available and the restaurant food also lovely.
Liked: Staff were really helpful and cheery; food beautiful.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say about the hotel.

Brilliant! Very family friendly.
Liked: Staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Super friendly. Treats and an activity bag for the kids. Food was good in the restaurant and buffet breakfast was good too.
Disliked: A few outdated things. Chairs in the dining room a little worn, showers by the pool noisey. They definately need some blinds or something in the evening restaurant, every table had someone being blinded by the sun. All these things seemed very minor though. We'd definitely go again even without these changes

Birthday treat
Liked: Great visit once again
Disliked: One comment this time - evening meal was a lovely buffet again. However staff were slow in taking drinks order and clearing plates away - only a couple of tables occupied at the time.

Fantastic hotel and my partner...
Liked: Breakfast was superb my partner and I really enjoyed it. The hotel and staff were lovely and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Disliked: I’m disabled with mobility issues and the spa facilities was too far and it clearly wasn’t designed for disabled people as I had to navigate around stairs.
