Liked: The location was great and the property on the whole was excellent
Disliked: Me and my partner found it very strange there was not an oven facility and feel this should be one of the main advertising points of the Bankside Bothy. I also find it very disappointing after paying for early check in 2pm and later checkout 12pm, firstly we could not use the hot tub facility until 9:30pm due to it not being warm. Secondly after paying £20 for a late checkout there was someone cleaning and emptying our hot tub at 10pm, meaning we could not make the use of the late checkout. If this is the case this has to be done then there should not be a charge for a late checkout. The £100 security deposit not being refunded straight away is also ludicrous

Stunning location, luxurious weekend

Liked: Stunning location, luxurious glamping pod.
Disliked: Hot tub unavailable for use on the Friday. Smart TV didn’t work.

Our stay was wonderful, peaceful...

Liked: The shepards hut was amazing. Everything u need in accommodation. The hot tub and sauna were great. We ate in the restaurant on both nights and for breakfast each day and the food was delicious.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

Disliked: Mattress in double is very uncomfortable and not fit for purpose unfortunately.

Liked: The staff were super friendly and helpful, could not do enough for us. All the extra's youd could add (at a discounted price) were great and the location was perfect.
Disliked: People passing by could see us in our hot tub so more fencing for added privacy would be a great touch. The hot water being on a timer was a little inconveinient as when we came out the hot tub, we had to have a cold shower.
