Amazing stay spoiled by being...

Liked: Fantastic stay at a stunning location in an amazing lodge
Disliked: We were charged for a broken lamp, we hadn’t broken anything. No one told us of the charge simply charged it. When I called the manager was on holiday and I had to call back again to have it fixed.

This is the second time...

Liked: The only thing I would change would be the seating area perhaps something more comfortable , other than this we absolutely loved everything
Disliked: As above

Fantastic family break! Super comfy...

Disliked: More than one tea towel. Mirror in the bathroom for shaving. Dustpan and Bucket.

Great gem of a place...

Liked: Atmosphere great. Lovely views. Beautiful area.
Disliked: There was no canopy over the hot tub which we were led to believe there was going to be judging by the photos. Unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there which no one can control however would have been a lot better if there was the cover over the hot tub

Peaceful retreat in the countryside.

Liked: The resort is for relaxing and quiet...obviously great for fishermen which we weren't but did enjoy watching them throgh the poring rain!The staff were informal and friendly going the extra step with a smile.Will be back with the whole family dogs and all!
Disliked: Actually only "observation' was I was inundated with emails on terms and conditions before arriving and "payment due". I phoned to confirm all was well and received an apology...so no problem and then promptly received another load of emails...lol..maybe something to look at...bit off putting before even arriving.

Liked: Absolutely stunning and luxurious! Loved just making the most of the in house facilities and watching the world go by from our gorgeous shepherds hut!
Disliked: The bed was a little hard and could have done with a headboard to stop pillows slipping down the back.
