Liked: YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED; FRIDGE, MICROWAVE, SINK, COFFEE MAKER, CABLE TV, TABLE AND CHAIRS ON THE FRONT DECK, JUST LIKE AN APARTMENT!
Disliked: NOTHING - IT WAS GREAT!

A perfect place for an...

Liked: Room was perfect for my family group. The kids enjoyed the pool, and there was plenty of parking for the two cars we brought. The manager/owner(?) was very nice and so easy to work with. I really appreciated her kindness. We only needed to stay one night, but hope to do a more extended stay in the future.
Disliked: Everything was as I expected.

Great location, friendly owners, basic...

Liked: The location is great- within 3 miles of beautiful beaches and 1 mile from the amazing Congdon's Doughnuts! The rooms were basic but clean. They did have a good sized mini fridge and coffee pot in the room. This is an old fashioned motel type place with actual room keys. The owner and manager were very nice and accessible by phone. They have a pool but we did not use it- we went to the ocean every day!
Disliked: We were not unhappy with anything, but guests should know there is no staffed lobby. The owners/manager appear to live in the house in the front. But they have a bell to ring in the office if you need help (which we did to check in) and you can call them if they are not in the office and are very pleasant. The shower curtain was too short for the walk in shower so the floor got very wet- we just used an extra towel- no big deal, but just be cautious if this when stepping out of the shower.

Liked: It was very clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. It was what we needed it for. The owners were very friendly and accommodating.

A difficult and horrible experience!

Liked: Nothing. Owner was rude, abrasive, uncooperative and seeking only to hold a deposit she should not have when the day before our arrival she couldn't even find our registration.
Disliked: Everything. My husband had been sick and was not feeling well. Because the owner refused to refund our deposit the day before, we were forced to show up at Footbridge. We immediately realized we could not stay there. The hotel and premises were not well kept. We were not allowed to go into a room a little earlier than 3:00 pm so my husband could lay down. Then, in reading all the negative reviews, especially about bed bugs, we realized we could not stay there as we had to protect our health, especially my husband's. The right thing to do would be to simply refund our deposit. The owner was more interested in the free money she would get and not our difficult situation.

Had a wonderful stay and...

Liked: Owner was friendly. Room was clean. Pool was great. All appliances worked well. I would stay again! Little table and chairs to sit outside your room.
Disliked: Lighting could be a bit brighter.

Beautiful studio

Liked: Owners were very nice and accommodating. Studio was perfect for my son and myself. 2 minute ride to beach.
Disliked: Only stayed 1 night so didn't get to use any of the amenities in the studio rented. Would like to stay again.

Very quiet I couldn’t hear...

Liked: Very comfortable bed and a lot of channels on tv and nice glasses
Disliked: A little ghetto looking but not too shabby
