Really good no frills place...

Liked: Fab Location, delightful staff, accommodation basic but comfy , nice bed and decent bathroom . Parking easy

If you want to be...

Liked: This is a unique historical property close to walking and biking path along the river. They serve a nice continental breakfast in the morning which you can take to your room on a tray if you like. It’s also close to numerous hiking trails
Disliked: The bathrooms are close to 1934 original but everything functions properly

Great location right along a...

Liked: So many great things! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room itself was comfortable for me, my husband, and our 1-year old, and had everything we needed, as well is a charming old-fashioned feel. The location was also amazing for us, as it's located right across from Eben B. Fine park, which had a nice little playground and a good spot for baby to splash around in Boulder Creek. You're also right along a running/bike path so you can jog up into the canyon or straight into town along the creek. The breakfast was also great - with lots of options and a very homey feel and tasty coffee :) I'd definitely recommend a stay at Foot of the Mountain motel!

Brilliant location!

Liked: The location was excellent- we could walk from our cabin across the park to the creek and cold plunge, hike on multiple trails, and walk into Boulder and get dinner on Pearl Street. The cabin was cozy and quirky, the backyard sauna and cold plunge were fun, and we loved our time here- will definitely be back again, for longer!
Disliked: Our a/c was broken so it was a bit hot.
