Horrible stay for a family...

Disliked: Booking.com or the hotel should have told us there was a 3k person convention happening the same week. We were there for a family vacation and had limited access to the property. `

Paid extra for an ocean...

Disliked: Extremely expensive for what it is , the food and beverage charges are very high and they even add a service charge when you purchase a drink from the lobby shop , Valet parking is a bit of a sh*t show, drop car at one place collect at another .
