This hotel does not live...

Liked: The pool and beach area was great. The restaurant food was great and the coffee at the coffee shop was actually good.
Disliked: The room maintenance was very bad. Broken bathroom lock, no working vent in bathroom, missing remote, broken room phone, just felt kind of old. Also, the "4th" floor, we had a terrific view of the HVAC system.

Nice getaway

Liked: The property was beautiful. The pool was very nice and the hotel was beautifully appointed.
Disliked: It was so crowded. There were multiple conferences being held there. We couldn’t even find a pool lounge. Also I think it’s a huge miss not to have water stations within the building,

Definitely not worthy of 5...

Liked: Comfortable room size and nice bed
Disliked: Didn’t receive a notification to let us know our room was ready, then had to wait 45 mins for our baggage to be delivered.Swimming pool is too loud and bad music.Queues for lifts.No hot water from sink.Definitely not a 5 star resort, it feels like a 3/4 star with a 5 star bedroom.

Not worth at all! Overpriced...

Liked: Charge is not equivalent to amenities offered by the hotel. Services are forced with additional charge asked. Unreasonable. Staff very mean and not customer friendly.
Disliked: Price deduction - not equivalent to services provided!
