A perfect and memorable stay

Liked: We loved everything about Fontainebleau - the hotel is pure luxury whilst making you feel extremely welcome, even with children. The pools, restaurants and rooms are all incredible.
Disliked: The only tiny improvement we would like would the gym to be open later than 7pm.

Disliked: I was wrongfully charged for in room dining and the property has not responded to my several requests for a refund. I was informed that I would hear back from them right away once a dispute request was raised and I have yet to hear back.
