We enjoyed feeling very special...

Liked: DeeDee was an amazing hostess, making everyone feel right at home, and very welcoming. She certainly is a big asset to your bed and breakfast inn with her very vibrant personality, making everyone feel very special. You are vey fortunate to have her as your hostess, and gives that cliche a new meaning that DeeDee surely is "the hostess with the mostest!" She made an outstanding breakfast, both in presentation, and very delicious. We will definitely come back to stay!

Disappointed

Liked: Location was fantastic.Parking was easy, close by, and cheap.Chuck and Didi were friendly and helpful.Room was a good size for an historic home, and well-appointed.
Disliked: We were disappointed by the uncomfortable bed and flat pillows, and we both awoke with backaches. We were terribly disappointed at getting diarrhea from food poisoning after eating breakfast. We suspect that the omelette/frittata with cheese was the culprit.

We will definitely stay again...

Liked: The property was fabulous! Close to everything, beautiful inside and out. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. The staff were all so lovely and knowledgeable about the history. Great care was taken in all aspects of the business. Great job!!

Authentic period accomodations

Liked: The location was walking distance to majority of sites. The bathroom had modern amenities.
Disliked: As with all of the homes of that time period, there were plenty of stairs. I could see where that would be a negative point for anyone with mobile limitations. I recommend to keep your luggage light and very few pieces.

Liked: Everything! The staff were friendly. The room was cozy. The bed was comfy. I felt like I was at home! I loved coming in and finding refreshment in the foyer. Bfast was awesome with the linen table cloth and soft music. Excellent stay!
Disliked: The steps with luggage

A comfortable inn right in...

Liked: Breakfast was very good, Dede was friendly and did a terrific job. I arrived late and had no issues thanks to good communication from the hotel.
Disliked: It's a historic inn, so there were a lot of steps to the fourth floor. But I need the exercise, so all good!
