Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Not handicap accessible as requested, and agreed upon by hotel. Building was old, unkept and needing repairs/ paint in some areas (1st & 2nd photographs). No landscaping outside our room, just unsightly dirt (3rd photo). No air conditioning in rooms. Some of the plugs in the room didn’t work, and the tree that was on the table was stained and unsightly (4th photo). It was only comfortable if there was an ocean breeze blowing in the open windows. If there was no breeze coming in through the windows it was about 80°+ in the rooms, with 91% humidity it was uncomfortably hot and humid. Minimal water pressure in the shower. Terrible low lighting over the bathroom mirror (dark green) not suitable for applying make up. No guest information books in the room offering information on local attractions, restaurants, etc. No Continental breakfast offered, and no food delivery during the week (as advertised.) Although the man that checked us in was very nice, courteous and helpful, the woman that we talked to at the front desk on Wednesday morning was curt and rude with us when we asked about the food delivery from "the Cow Tipper" restaurant and incorrect phone number listed on the your restaurant book in the front offoce, replying "Of course they don't deliver on Tuesdays!" (as if we were supposed to already know that).

Pet friendly - Noisy Guests...

Liked: Location to Moonstone Beach was great!Pet friendly is a plus for us.
Disliked: Saturday night, July 19, 2025 there was a very large crowd at the pool. Our room was right next to the room. This crowd was extremely loud and played loud music from one of their vehicles. We tried to call the office, but the telephone in our room did not work. We did not feel comfortable walking out of our room to go complain to the office. My husband has a heart condition and not having a working phone for emergencies was very disconcerting (no cell service on the property). The staff did not intervene until well after 9:30pm.Another problem was with the water pressure in the shower. Sometimes it was good, while other times it barely trickled.The cable TV could be better. Selection was not great.It would be nice, for the price we paid, to have a breakfast included. This location does have a conference room that appears to have also (in the past) served as this type of amenity.

A wonderful stay at the...

Liked: Excellent service by everyone. June who was at the front desk was exceptional. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Disliked: No complaints at all!
